Contact form

Should you choose to contact us using the contact page on our website or an email link like this one, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors defined in section 6.0. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Blog posts are turned off on our website so your comments/details won’t appear. When you give Angel Press personal information we take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely. Non-sensitive details (your email address etc) may be transmitted over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Angel Press cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, Angel Press is committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure its security on our systems.
When you contact us by phone, email, or through our website we will add your details to our Imprint MIS database (held on a secure server). We will never sell your personal details to third parties. We will use your details to contact you from time to time in relation to work in progress or to offer you our products and services. You can ask us to remove your details for our database at any time by sending an email to info@angelpress.co.uk. In the unlikely event of a breach in our data security we will contact you within 72 hours to let you know what has happened and what we are doing in response.
